I haven’t been on the cleanse for very long and i am already having the headaches I heard so much about. I’m scared to take aleive, tylenol, or aspirin on an empty stomach because they will irritate my stomach and I really don’t want an ulcer. Thanks

I’m going to be starting the 10-day Master Cleanse tomorrow morning! I’m very excited to start. I was just curious about the salt water flush part of the cleanse: should I do a flush before I go to bed tonight, or just start the entire cleanse right of the bat tomorrow?

I want to do the master cleanse to lose some pounds but i want to know what the mixture tastes like before i buy it so i woun’t be wasting my money if i don’t like it.

I’ve read on many websites as well as in the official Master Cleanse book that you can skip the maple syrup part of the cleanse…but has anyone done this before? & has it made you unable to do the cleanse for long periods of time? Without the maple syrup it seems like not a lot of calories and vitamins you’re taking in everyday. Also, do I have to take the herbal laxative tea twice a day or can I just take it once at night?

how many calories are in the master cleanse if you just use 2 table spoons of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper but don’t add the two tablespoons of the maple syrup? also are there any calories in the salt water flush?

okay so i done some reading about the master cleanse and i am interested. I am 5′9 and 182. i would really love to lose some weight preferably 20lbs. Does the master cleanser work? Will i gain all the weight back? Can it really make me really sick? Have you tried it? If so how much did you lose, how was the experience? PLEASE i need to know this before I start. Thank you.

I used reverse osmosis while on the cleanse. If you can, please include a source where you got your answer, so I can verify it.
