I am wanting to do the Master Cleanse for a detox as opposed to weight loss, but I work in the mornings for about 8 hours, usually outside and walking around. I don’t want to pass out!

I want to have energy and be sustained. A little hunger is okay, but are there things I can do to complement the diet to just snack on? Maybe celery or fresh fruits and vegetables?

I read somewhere that protein shakes are okay but it seems like that is defeating the purpose of the cleanse.

Any suggestions welcome!

I am 13 3/4 turning 14 soon. I weigh 115 pounds and the prob is i am only 4 ft 9 in. So I decided to lose 20-25 pounds and become around 95 pounds. I am going to use the master cleanse diet and wondering if it is healthy. Also are there any SOLIDS i can eat. i know beyonce did and if yes then what? And finally how long will it take me to lose 20 pounds? PLEASE AND THANKS!

I do not want to do the cleanse for wheight lose but for the cleanse. But wanted to know if I could exercise while on the master lemonade cleanse?

I was wondering which order I should do these. Because the Master Cleanse will flush out my system, and the Danish diet gets your metabolism in track. I was wondering if I could do these both, right after another but i don’t know what order to do that.
