I started getting bad head aches during the first 2 days of master cleanse so I ate some chicken just to consume some real food. I want to lose some weight during the next five days because Im going to Vegas. Will the master cleanse help with water retension and is it ok to eat just a little?

I am open to eating justin the bran part of raisin bran, considering I am in a dorm and don’t have a lot of money/time to go out and get the proper master cleanse diet stuff. Would it still work? I just really need to poo stuff out.. I know that sounds crass but you know what I mean!

I am thinking about starting the master cleanse – and i have researched about it, and see that you poop alot, which is good because that is ofcourse cleansing! But is it uncontrollable??? Like you have to run to the bathroom?!
