10 days is OK but not 21 days or 40 days at your age. See this site to make sure that you do it right. http://xrl.us/fasting

You’re 13 and THIS worried about your weight? So worried that youd do this, which might be harmful to you?!
Stop. Come on. There are better ways to stay HEALTHY.
I think this whole "master cleanse detox" sounds a little too intense. Why not enjoy being 13 and not worry about such a dumb thing.

This is very unhealthy for anyone to do. I would NOT recommend it for you as your body needs an ongoing supply of nutrients, especially at your age, to develope well. Just cut out fast food, sugars (in soft drink and sweets, chocolate), limit your milk intake and drink 2 litres of water a day and you will be fine. You will loss wt. this way.

You will damage your body and probably your healthy for years to come. Even an adult should not try this, and considering your body is still growing, it needs more than just lemon water. If you really want to lose weight do it in a healthy way through a good diet and exercise, not through something that could harm you for the rest of your life.

Free Thinker October 29, 2010

This is pretty radical. I don’t understand your measurements but what you really need to do is eat more healthy foods and avoid junk foods. Eat salads & whole grains & low fat meats. Use wisdom honey!
I want you to know that God loves you just the way you are and that is the most important thing. What God thinks of you is far greater than any humans opinion.

No. It’s unhealthy enough for grown adults, but you’re at a point in your development where you’re growing more than you have since you were an infant. Your body needs the nutrients it gets from food in order to process all the changes it’s going through.
