I have always wanted to be a doctor but I never thought about Naturopathic medicine until recently. My advisor is worried that I will have trouble getting employment after graduation as opposed to graduates of podiatry, allopathic or osteopathic medicine. Is he correct? Should I be worried about being employed after I graduate?
Naturopathic preventative care, supplements (herbs and such), accupuncture? Or even having a naturopathic Dr. as their primary?
(in the clinical setting). Is this possible to get NDs on board in hospitals for consultation? There is a huge number of people taking herbs these days, increasing risk of interactions with RX drugs.
I mean what kind of background in medicine should I have?
Somewhat worthwhile or complete ‘quackery’? What about naturopathic physicians?
A friend of mine just told me that he is going to grad school to study naturopathic medicine. How well accepted is it?
